This is disappointing to me.. Had I known that there was a handbook for compensation plans for church positions... I might have investigated and found that I was really under paid by not taking any pay for Music/Choir Director and Part-time Musician/Vocalist positions, in some of the churches that I have been on staff at... I totally missed out on thousands of dollars.. I was really naive and did not realize it was such a business!!!
However, I probably would not have known that this was true. Since I was not getting paid at these churches, how would I have been able to purchase this handbook? Was C.H Spurgeon and A.W. Pink concerned about these matters? Was Jesus? Things that make you go hmmm!!!
