The Arminian fisherman and his wife

I thought this was funny and interesting at the same time. Imagine with me, the fisherman and his wife are the perfect Arminians and the mermaid in this story is God (in the Arminian perspective). The Arminians net God in synergism for salvation and He becomes their little mermaid for their every hearts desire. Many of America's churches are built with this type of theological view. I know it is a bit of a stretch, but there are some parallels... Enjoy, I use to love these!! And there is a moral to this story...LOL
