Absolutely! Fred will not explain. What Fred does not understand is that you are born with nothing and will leave this earth with nothing. All of this fame and money mean nothing. And yes, God is Sovereign and can accomplish whatever he wills without money or finances... Imagine that one! Regeneration is a work of God's Sovereign hand and does not require wealth. This is good news for those who live in nations of total poverty!
