Pelvic Thrust Dance Worship?????

I had ran across this a few months back and because there has been much discussion on this issue, I was not going to post it here, but I just can not seem to resist as more and more people are accepting this as worship!!!! This is a video of the very famous "Rick Warren's" Saddleback Church Worship Concert. If you aren't familiar with Rick Warren, he has written the Purpose Driven Life series.

We must ask ourselves in light of scripture, what is acceptable in the sight of God and what is not. Is there a line that can be crossed? It never ceases to amaze me that the church tolerates every new wave of worship and doctrine. Ask yourself these questions when viewing this video.




1. Is this pleasing to God or pleasing to our flesh?

2. Beside using a Rich Mullins song, is there any difference between Saddleback's Worship and MTV?

3. What is God's perspective in scripture?
